So i have 2950 attack atm ( 1839 power ). Is there any cap where getting more power isnt going to affact me anymore?

If there is a cap, is it on attack or power?

There is no hard cap. You are only limited by your gear. You won’t be punished if you just stack power on every gear piece and every upgrade component.
