Is there a good site for world event timers
GW2Stuff is the best, but there is http://guildwarstemple.com/dragontimer/ as well. What’s confusing you on GW2Stuff?
Well I notice the numbers counting down so when they hit 0 the event starts I get that, but the u have arrows next to some which I don’t understand. The ones in yellow are the active events. But then I notice the timer counts down and nothing happens it just restarts with the numbers in yellow.
yellow is event window. It can spawn during this time. Active events say they are active.
When the event is in yellow :
-it’s active.
-if it has an arrow, the number next to it tells you how long this stage has been active
-if it has a minus next to the number, it means that you need to trigger something to make it advance.
When the event is in red : it failed.
When the event is not highlighted :
-arrows are kind of tricky, they generally mean that other events can now be completed to trigger the main event
-numbers in orange mean that the event is launching later than what was planned
-numbers in yellow mean that the event doesn’t have a fixed timer but instead a window during which the event can begin.
I suggest you read on the wiki each event you are interested in to really understand what GW2stuff is telling you and which events require pre-events to be completed.
Iv been trying the one on gw2stuff.com but it is a little confusing to me.
Super Basic site by far the best. Select your world, then events will be displayed. The “Orange Events” are active ones. The other stuff might confuse you, just keep in mind all the other timers are in grey it is the estimated time till next event is up (but its kinda random so not always right) I would just focus on doing events that are are up, do not plan for what ‘might be up in 10 mins’ cause that 10 mins could become hours.
I like the gw2stuff overlay.
