Just wondering if there is an option later on to choose one, or if typing the name in the character creation is the surname… I don’t really want to create the character than have a surname after my surename… if that makes sense.

Nope, typing it in character creation is as far as surnames go.

You can also always buy a name change contract down the road if you don’t like your initial choice.

No there isn’t, but you really have enough Signs for giving your character a long name, and I like that.
