Norn have a raven form
you can get a crow as a pet for a ranger i think. as far as skills go i dont think so. closest would be a rangers number 4 while using a warhorn, summons a flock of hawks to attack a target.
I think only the Ranger I have an 80 Ranger.

also Superior Rune of the Mad King has (6): Summon ravens to attack nearby enemies when you activate an elite skill. (Cooldown: 45s)
with the long elite recharges that would be every time you use the elite lol

As a skill, yes, they also have bear and snow leopard forms.
Rune of the pirate all of them give you a tropical bird not exactly what you want but something else. It is on like at 5% chance I forget right now.
Something else to keep in mind for a winged bird.

Rune of the mad king also summons ravens on using your elite. So be a norn ranger with mad king runes. That way you summon ravens as you turn into a raven so you can fight along side your raven XD

Decent if you actually hit.
Which you don’t, because as with all Norn forms, attacking roots you in place making it awkward to hit stuff.

Also, Rune of the Flock summons an attack bird, too, and causes blindness (it pecks out their eyes!). It’d be a much cheaper alternative to the Rune of the Mad King if you need to save on munnies.
