Is this "Gold Wars 2" against the EULA?
Posting in the most visited sub-forum likely just brought it to the attention of ArenaNet.
Playing the Trading Post is not an exploit. It is an accepted part of gameplay.
Exploit information is sent to exploits@arena.net to keep them from public knowledge as much as possible.
Good luck.
No, it’s not against EULA.
It has been around since before launch. I believe John Smith addressed it at one point (not directly this website but others very similar)

Okay, thanks guys!
If you create an account just make sure you use a diffent email and password then what you use for GW.

Yea, actually that is a really good thing for any 3rd party forum, or “self help” like gold wars or curse.

It’s a good idea to have a unique username where possible and a unique password for any site with information you do not want in someone else’s hands (bank sites, etc) or you don’t want to lose the account (games, etc). And definitely unique username and password for your email accounts.
I don’t think it can be…
Since what it does is just simplify something that can be done on a piece of paper (basic math and keeping track of items)… you can do it with an excel spreadsheet too…
If anything they might be using w/e information you give about what items you buy and sell to profit themselves. But this is just more of a tin-hat theory than anything else.
