Report them for verbal abuse and block them.

What. No. He wasn’t impersonating a GM, he was just threatening to report you for botting since he thought you were botting (and just visiting back for a second to pretend to not be botting). He did nothing wrong other than butchering the English language, which, sadly, is not a reportable offense.

The yellow text you saw was squad chat. You had a tag up and he joined your squad to see if you were a bot.

The GM yellow is actually deeper, but people just haven’t seen a GM talk and so they see squad yellow and make the incorrect assumption that it is a GM’s chat. I think ANet should make GM chat orange or something clearly different from other chat types to account for this.

All the GMs I’ve seen have a giant Anet logo over their heads too, but obviously I can’t see the context.. there may have been no sighting of the actual person.
