I was wondering if this armor set was possibly in the game by chance or is there a way to possibly get it put into the game?

The Headpiece is unobtainable and only exists for npcs sadly
The pants and boots are the townclothes for norn
…you can get the full towncloth look with a tonic if you want to walk around with it but you wont be able to fight with it i think
