Guild Wars 2

I just got this message from the GW2 Customer Support, and might I say I am pleasantly surprised. Inclosed was a (fixed) box of Berserker’s Draconic Armor set.

When I bought the box earlier before it was fixed and got ripped off, I had no idea I would be compensated down the road for this.

Did anyone else get this?

Awesome, no more excuses for Anet Support about not being able to “spawn” items- maybe I should reopen my ticket about the 7g I lost in the TP due to THEIR issues back on 9/19.

I actually never even submitted a ticket about this. I just figured I bought a bugged item and was SOL.
