If one player gets reported 10,000 times, he only gets a 5 minute ban?

Looks like a minute for every two years of life.

Yes everything some person say in chat is alway true. Just like everything post on internet is also alway true.

gw2 has still 10.000 players ?

It doesn’t matter how much people are reporting you, only how severe your offense is.
Also, as far as i know, there aren’t any 5-minute bans used in the game – if someone gets a suspension it’s generally 72h, and definitely wouldn’t be shorter than 24h.
As a side info, the reported/suspended/banned players wouldn’t get informed about how many people reported them.

You actually believed what he said about 5 minute account suspensions?

From previous posts on the forum, the first suspension is 72 hours. Succeeding suspensions are longer, up to account termination.
