just go to your achievement window and take another skin there

you can get as many skins from the skin you unlocked

yes no problem

You can get the weapon skins an infinite amount of time through your achievement panel.

As for when you convert it to pvp it becomes a PvP weapon which you can put in your PvP locker. It doesn’t change anything and you can withdraw the skin again and use it for PvE. You will continue to get the same prompt if you want to use it normally or convert it. Hope that helps
