Guild Wars 2

by mistake, maybe for too many windows open, I threw it on the ground without realizing my Greatsword exotic, I know that’s a funny thing, but is there a way to retrieve objects thrown away?

That really sucks. I know of no way of retrieving items deleted. Usually it gives you a window asking if you really want to delete it though.
