So I’m looking to get the Primevel armour from the gem store, can items be used on other characters on the same account as well or is it bound to the character you bought it on?

It’s a skin item. It applies to a piece of armour so it becomes whatever the armour in question was.

It’s an account bound skin.

But once you use it, it becomes bound to that character that you used it on.
