Where can i exchange my ticket for the Jade weapon skin?
I had 2 sitting in my bank, and when i checked the Black Lion Weapons Specialist they were not listed in his vendor window.

Are we still able to get them? And consequently sell them on TP?

There is your problem – stick the tickets in your bag and then go back to the BL specialist.
