I didn’t see them anymore at the weapon vendor at black lion tp in Lion’s Arch, i still have 2 ticket not redeemed, are they gone?

Have the tickets in your inventory when you talk to the vendor.

Yes, have the tickets on the character, and you will then see an extra dialog about time limited tickets. Jade skins are in the third bag iirc.
