Is it possible that Anet removed the jade skins from the trader in Lions Arch?
I have two tickets left, that I thought I can use later. But there are no skins anymore

What I don’t understand is why EVERY OTHER LS weapon set was added to the black lion merchant to be bought with tickets, Jade was not. Makes no sense to me.

Jade weapon skins can also be bought from Trading Post just in case you didn’t know. Search skins.
