So, I like the idea of the new Laurels currency, but anyone who completed the January Monthly before today misses out on them. Any chance we can get these credited? It seems silly that the non-procrastinators are getting punished by missing out on a very valuable currency — we’re talking 10 days worth of dailies!

The laurels don’t begin to be awarded until Feb.

The daily achievements now reward laurels. The Monthly will start rewarding in February.

The OP was asking about the monthlies, therefore my reply was specific to monthlies not dailies.

Just being quick here, but, the Devs have said that the January monthly will not award Laurels, the Feb monthly will. Dailies start now. If someone can provide a link to that dev statement it would be great, but this was discussed well in advance of the patch.

And it’s also stated in every one of these thread asking for the January monthlies to be retro- awarded.
