Hello, can anyone with razer naga or similar mouse tell me how i can macro to jump – leap at the same time?

Such macro is illegal in GW2.
The rule is just 1 action per button stroke.

Anyway, I think you are asking about the dodge-jump move, for that I let both in their default buttons (“v” for dodge and “space” for jump) and with my thumb I press both at same time, my success rate this way is near 100% and no macro required and I also have the button “v” mapped in 1 of my mouse’s button so when I just need to simply dodge I can use from my mouse.
