I just want to put this out there. In the world Public Relations it’s probably a good thing to tell your players, “You’ve collected more junk! Congratulations!” and then give them an achievement for it.

Very seriously… it comes across as extremely rude.

I think it’s hilarious; very self-aware, and who doesn’t want to be an honorary skritt?

I also think it’s hilarious, and I appreciate the title.

I think I’m self-aware of acquiring vast amounts of junk by how frequently I am clicking ‘yes’ to destroy it. I really could use with a customizable interface, like guild wars 1, rather than more ‘junk’ informing me of ‘junk’.

Why do you destroy junk? Sell all at any vendor get copper sure but less stress for you specifically it would seem.

I’m not understanding where the PR thing comes up – I find it awesome to have the new junk achievement. Every mmo has junk – not all has an achievement!

Not just an achievement, but an awesome title. This is one change I am wholeheartedly in favor of.

The feature patch has (a LOT of) teething problems, but I really do love the new Collection achievements.

I think this is one of the best collection achievements they introduced : it’s funny, it requires you to wander in several different areas to get everything, you can’t buy the required items from someone else so you gotta move your bottom and stop earning AP’s and rewards by just having a big wallet, which isn’t a punitive restriction ‘cause it’s not too hard to complete it.

This is either a sarcasm level of 0/10 or 11/10. Recalibration of the detector may be required.

I think the achievement sends a very clear signal that they are willing to recycle as much old content as possible, in order to keep you busy.

It’s kind of ludicrous that they thought this would look good.

I love this achievement honestly, gives me a good reason to go back to areas I’ve not been to in a while and kill old enemies.

I kinda like it. Its fun. The title is neat, and am curious as to whats in the bag. (If you’ve already gotten please dont spoil it. Thanks). Right now i am at 32/51, and its been cool running around, killing mobs and actually hoping to get a junk item. Plus the different tiers makes it so have to explore a bit.
