Hi there :)

first thing: This is no critism against ArenaNet. You guys are fine <3

Really, it’s not such a big deal, but lately, I get pretty annoyed with those “Tequatl Yolo/Swag/UBER/whatever Guilds”.

Srsly, we all know that since the last patch, Tequatl is now -again- pretty killable, even for random/pug groups. It takes the same organisation and almost the same time as it did before the condi patch. Many ppl write gl before and gj after the fight. Nothing wrong here.

So, I wonder why those guilds, who enter pug maps, still need to brag about “how we managed to defeat him ONLY because the these guilds” and people actually thank them for being there, even when 3/4 commanders aren’t even in those guilds.

I’m perfectly fine with ppl writing “thx everyone” or something like that when the fight is done since ->everyone<- did their job. But celebrating guilds for something, sorry, as avarage as that is just silly. I don’t want to attack anyone, if I did so I’m sorry (I usually don’t do that), but I’d like to remind everyone that the fight is done with many, many players who aren’t even part of such great and allmighty guilds.

Rant over :p Delete this post or ignore me, I know I’m overreacting^^

You’re not alone :P. I get annoyed by people saying OMG WE GOT HIM IN 30 SECONDS. like who the hell cares. It pretty much is just an kitten fight. gets Irritating.

I have honestly never experienced this. Maybe its a region thing? EU people just seem to rock up do teq and then leave.

It’s probably not even a specific guild that does it but a few of its members that need to stroke each other’s egos.

They’re most likely members of the guild patting themselves on the back, camaraderie. It doesn’t really bother me. I saw a few really great players take command of the pug maps when teq was difficult for a week. None of them were in guilds I recognized and many thanked them too

I joined TTS back when it was new, and it was a lot of fun then. I got lost in some reorganization and didn’t rejoin. So recently I joined and ended up leaving because I tried every day for over a week to try to get into a map with my guild and could not. They are only running two teq maps now. Same with Triple Trouble. You can’t get people to participate unless they’re on the single designated TTS map. I would love to see TTS expand to find more people willing to lead these types of events. TTS stepped up to help the community, and did a really great job. I would absolutely rejoin if it were expanded, just right now it doesn’t feel like TTS has room for new members (in my experience).

Sorry for going off a bit.
