i keep hearing people shut down other people’s opinions saying they “knew it was coming so shut up” etc etc
this doesn’t really make any sense to me? a mechanic can be bad or good regardless of how long you know about it in advance, those things are very unrelated.
we could know that every cat would burst into flames in about a week? that would still be a very weird and sad occurrence regardless of the fact we knew about it!
