Just got to Orr!
Yes. I await your subsequent post in 1 week about how boring and repetitive Orr is, as mobs in all three zones are exactly the same.
Main: Hunter.
Welcome to die.
Welcome to die.
lol. We need the dramatic version.
Ha-ha-hahahaha… Aniaden… welcome to die!
And wait until one or two of the events that you farm bug out and you have wait days for a server reset to fix it for 30 minutes.
Hope you got some quick fingers, cause with the armies of bots farming DEs in Orr, you’re not going to get much for loot drops.
Been there, done that! The 3 most boring zones in the game.
3 of the most boring/repetitive zones in the game. Particularly harsh since many spent maybe 30 levels across 3 maps fighting undead only to end up with 3 more undead zones.
It’s great the first time through but after you get a run of the place, after a week, you’ll be back here singing a different tune.
many of the lower zones and the level 70-80 norn zone is definitely more fun over extended periods. For one, you can actually complete your daily variety kill task – something nigh on difficult/impossible in Orr. You can get 1/2 of the variety kill tsk done in Orr though. They just look remarkittenhe same as every other mob there.
replace all the Risen Corrupters and grubs with wheel skeletons from dark souls, double the amount of risen who do the pulling attack
i believe this will have no effect on difficulty however of the zone however
Hah, wheel skeletons were a pain, specially when I pulled multiple of them and they kitten me unless I used pro GTFO skills . With no active block and 2 dodges…yeh, I’d never go to Orr if there were packs of them there :P

risen would roll around in lowriders with wheel skeletons for wheels
the wheels skeletons would drop bags that give butter and chocolate too
We could build a big castle from yummy cocolate and a moat of melted butter around it! Fat mans haven

Enjoy swimming and getting ‘sunk’ every 5 seconds by all the mobs in the water
Also seems like orr mobs have ridiculous follow distance.. which is annoying
I personally don’t find Orr boring, with all the DEs going on. But I can’t seem to move and inch without aggroing something.
Orr is terrible, just wall to wall mobs which do nothing but cripple and poison you. After all the incredibly cool zones in this game, to get to Orr really brings you down and shows you that instead of quality over quantity Anet preferred to just throw a lot of mobs against you with a high respawn rate as a challenge. The DE’s are ok, but like most other DE’s are just marathon zergfests.
Orr is a MAJOR letdown. Fun for a bit then grind grind grind and every place is full of desert and undead.
