Just wanted to thank someone....
Anet is missing a big opportunity by not having a gemstore item that customizes your mail delivery
E.g.
-Owl – 500 gems
-Flying dolyak – 1200 gems
-Tiny Flaming dragon – 2000gems
lol flying dolyak
Rocket Dolyak, bringing out the mail up here alone.
“Whose Charr is this?”- “Ted’s.”
“Who’s Ted?”- “Ted’s dead, baby. Ted’s dead.”
I was giddy all day when I first noticed that the bird went underwater.
Northern Shiverpeaks
I would buy that tiny flaming dragon in a heartbeat!
I would buy that tiny flaming dragon in a heartbeat!
Yeah … ummm … be careful. Flames and paper and such.

To be fair, people don’t care about their mail getting wet while underwater.
The again, that might kill the fiery dragon, forcing you to spend another 2000 gems.

Well that’s easily explainable, waterproof ink of course.
Since I have seen people burn underwater I would expect my dragon’s fire not to be extinguished either … but here comes the environmental issue in the long run:
Extremely increased water evaporation in conjunction with global tyria warming! Soon there might be no lakes no more, where will the champion fish spawn? Will he die on hitting the ground resulting in no loot?
As well as other unanswered questions like:
Will the dragons eat smaller mail birds and will I thus get mail that was not addressed to me?
Rocket Dolyaks on the other hand should be safe as long as there are not 1000 under water mails delivered at the same time, which might flood some coastal towns.
All in all 2000 gems for a personal mail finisher … I meant mail bird … would be a steal.
Since I usually only get bills in the mail I would opt for something like this:
“Whose Charr is this?”- “Ted’s.”
“Who’s Ted?”- “Ted’s dead, baby. Ted’s dead.”
