Haven’t previewed it yet, but datamined info from reddit mentions both Belinda’s Greatsword and The Delaqua Family Blade, so maybe we get a sword too.

anet gives priority to GS they alweys look better then everything els and its not fair
in gw1 shiro blades was a duel wield and 1handed why not do the same with the katana theres NOTHING els in the game that has the same janer of ninja looks
(pedantic mode on) small nit-pick, katanas weren’t used by ninja, but by samurai, the curved edge made them better for face to face and horseback combat, ninjas were most likely to use shorter straight blades that would be easier to unseath silently and kill someone from behind with (pedantic mode off)
Personally I’d like them to release two shorter versions so we can have simmilar looking greatsword, swords and daggers, but I think Anet instead wants to have at least one unique skin for each weapon type among TP sold skins, so far we already have mace, shield (Braham), shortbow (Rox), dagger, axe (Marjorie) and staff (Kasmeer), and there were also Scarlett’s rifle, but that wasn’t TP.

You might want to look up Katate-uchi before making such a statement.
Also,Miyamoto Musashi used a katana and an waki z a s h i ( for some reason the z a s h i is being changed into kitten ) at the same time,one blade for defending while the other attacks. “Book of five rings”.

If you go to the PvP area and work on your Krytan Reward Track, when you finish it, you can pick this skin free and clear.
You also get some obsidian shards and a chance at a precursor, a better one if you have decent luck.
You also get some PvP experience. Good stuff. Alternatively, if you’re not into PvP, you can just buy it off the BLTP for a few gold.

I am not fine with the large greatswords and I don’t ever use any of them. I use Cobalt.
As for Thieves, I don’t mind the pistols (though I would prefer more revolvers), as long as they don’t bring in stupid modern pistols in. No to Glocks and Desert Eagles.
