Help! I contacted support yesterday and still haven’t received my chest. I even attached a picture to prove I was there.. Any suggestions? Devs? Community?

Oh and yes, I’ve emptied my mail

Same problem, i was there with some serious lagg problems and yesterday my guildies all got in mail…i still haven’t.

I dont know how to let them know or how to give proof
