A while back, that_shaman data mined skins for a Katana(single hand sword skin for our game) and Wakizashi(dagger skin for our game).

I did search the forum and found no threads with those names in the title, so please forgive me if I have missed posts about these from before.

Do we have any info on possibly when or even IF these are going to be made live in the game?

Gaile? Please?

Just a “they are still planned to be added into the live game” is good enough for me…I don’t even care when it happens, as I am patient. I’d just like to know if I should still look forward to them, or just give up hope that they will be added…I was really hoping to have them since I do have Belinda’s GS (Odachi/GS Skin for GW2).

I know it may have been asked numerous times…I’d just really like to know.

Thanks.

Right…I had heard that…but since they had the preview code, I was still hoping we would get them for our toons as well…:) I hadn’t read anything for sure that they were NPC only.

Well, it depends. If what Shaman posted was skin links, then we can’t really tell whether they’ll make it into the game as player items or not (ex. alternate version of Welding Torch). At best we can see what other skins were created around the same time, look at where all those things ended up, and then decide if the purpose of this particular skin supplements those.

Actual weapon data (e.g.) gives us more to draw a conclusion from.
