I usually don’t care about the inner workings of MMO companies, but i thought this was interesting, because it coincides with all the drama that came from the Guildmag Gamescom 2014 interview:

You are a week or something too late, this have been discussed to death already.

The thread will most likely also get removed, seeing as we don’t really have much business discussing the inner workings of the company.

Based on the information we got from the people themselves, it does seem somewhat likely that at least Kate left because she wanted to try something new, which is not really that unusual, especially not when it comes to somewhat young people.

People leave and/or get fired all the time, I don’t really see what is so special about this (except the fact that it happened to coincide with people assuming things based on an single interview).

See you guys, hope your lives find something even more exciting and cool. One thing I would like to point out is how appreciated the wardrobe system is, it really was one of the few meaningful upgrades to how we played GW2. Wish Kate could stay long enough to expand and improve the wardrobe.
