I would like to extend a thank you to ANet for continual posts on this forum (in the form of new topics), and for giving us answers to questions we have. It would be awesome if you could respond to individual threads more often, but overall, it’s nice that you are starting to post more often. Please, keep it up ANet- we WANT to hear from you!

Posts like these are a waste of their precious time though.
They could be providing an answer somewhere instead of reading this.

All of the posts I’ve seen are from Gaile whose job is to run the forum. Which both means it’s exactly what she’s supposed to be doing with her precious time and not taking time away from anything else.
