Kessex Hills-Will the map progress?

Good Afternoon.

Will Kessex Hills ever progress into time since the destruction from Scarlet and the Krait? Similiar to Lions Arch, I believe the areas effected should be cleaned of her destruction and the area returned to its former glory.

Personally kinda miss the tower, ugly as heck, but it was some interesting group content, that could be challenging.
