Kevin in Fort Trinity
A lot of NPCs are named after Arenanet staff. I can’t remember the character’s actual name but there’s a norn in Hoelbrak who is in charge of running the cities trade and his name is a reference to Colin Johanson.
But others are named after other people who inspired the developers in some way, like Ameranth in the Black Citadel who was named after a GW1 player’s character.
And others simply have made up names, or possibly reference things that the developers haven’t talked about and we have no way of knowing about, like their friends and family.
“Life’s a journey, not a destination.”
Was he left in the fort, alone, at any point?
The wiki has sourced a lot of the name trivia, although almost always, when it’s named after ANet staff, there’s little ambiguity.
In the case of “Kevin,” that could refer to any number of people, places, or things, so I’m going to assume that it’s just a name.
actually here is Kevin’s leg bone. I used to have this at some point.
I always thought it as a friendly sideblow towards the term “Kevinism” and that every social group includes atleast one "Kevin"ish person….and it really sucks to be Kevin. XD

I have his leg bone. Does he want it back?
(Sorry about that, old chap. I’ll swing by and give it back the next time I’m in that area).
ANet may give it to you.

He must be very tall.

He is a bit shorter now, after he lost his leg.
