92 chests in my bank and I have only ever seen a key drop off a mob once

You get more keys in the beginning for you to get to know how it works, then you get more boxes instead so that you feel you have to pay some money if you liked opening the boxes. It works the same in all pay2win games.

I got almost one stack of chests and not a single key from monster drops. played since minute 1 of headstart

BLCs are a mixed bag to say the least, but not worth it…if there was something worthwhile inside instead of endless transformation potions, maybe. Like a chance for a fine transmutation stone or something?

I did get 5 fine transmutation stones out of a BLC but I imagine that is pretty rare.
