The captains council have discussed this and have voted against it. some mock up story how skaters could injure the elder people wandering around the city, but in reality they are just vengefull that they are too old to skate

Isnt such regarded as disturbance of public order? LA is a meeting ground for all nations and is no place for such quarrelsome activity!
