Lack of Certain Wintersday drops
Things missing this year that drop like heavy rain last year and the year before:
Ugly Wool Socks
Ugly Wool Sweaters
Ugly Wool Hats
Sigils of Mischief(all levels)
Runes of Snowfall(all levels)I haven’t had a single one drop this year.
The first three items no longer need to drop, as they are no longer used as a primary currency. (They can still be used, but there are plenty of substitutes, including using karma to buy Wintersday skins.)
The second two… those have been completely removed from even the PvP (and WvW) reward tracks. It’s unclear if ANet did that deliberately or didn’t realize that they eliminated all sources.

You can buy a minor sigil of mischief and minor rune of snowfall from Seraph at the bottom of the stairs, but that’s it. It’s the minor variation. Good luck upgrading that in a costly manner.
