A PvE player is supposed to avoid a 1-2 second 1 shotting aoe.
A WWW player is considered uncapable of avoiding a 5,75 second aoe for half his health.
Since this have been reported only in WWW and PvP i would like anet to know PvE is as laggy as PvP and WWW.
In dungeons for example:
-At peak hours skills are slower to respond (totally unplayable on reactio..everything has a delay of 1 second at least).
-you get hit during evades (see lag masking).
-sometimes there are huge lag spikes for the Whole party
-during them it often happens 2-3 players DC if not everyone.
Same for every sort of istance.
Or even in openworld (really risky when selling/buying/moving objects).
Even at world bosses there are lag spikes.
P.S. clearly server performance/bandwith issues.
Yep, in PvE there is massive lag for example: Last Thursday evening I did tequatl and after 46 minutes we finally killed him. Every action had like 4 seconds of lag like > Wave -> wait 1,2,3,4sec… and knockback.
Yesterday also, we killed teq after 33minutes.
Im not sure about the cause. But a lot of people thought the new minature system is the cause. The mini hides maybe when there are a lot of people but still it could effect performance. But not sure about this. If this is the cuase → unequip your mini till fix
