Okay so my friend from China is starting to play GW2 and we want to play together, but on the NA GW2, there is no Chinese language option. I was wondering if he plays on the Chinese server while I am on the American server, would we be able to play together?
No, China is completely separate from NA and EU.

Regardless, you can’t play on American servers from China or vice versa.
