Largos Class
Um Largos are a race. You can’t turn a race into a class it’d be weird. Like saying I’m going to make a Human Charr. Also the weapons and such you basically just described Thief. Or Mesmer. Wouldn’t combining them make them both redundant?

Well what other class would you have? GW2 came out with sylvari and you have classes
of that and is also a race.
They wont bring back GW1 classes and they probably will make a new class and Largos would be a cool race to play with awesome skills.
You appear to be mixing terminology. Sylvari is a race. You can make a Sylvari that is an Engineer or Warrior or whatever other class you’d like. But you can’t make an Asura that is also a Sylvari. Doesn’t work.
What you seem to be asking for is a new race to be added and you want that race to be the Largos.
But as you asked what class I’d like to see added – I’d like a 3rd Soldier profession just to even it out but I’d much rather that they just fleshed out our existing classes a bit more. Some more weapons (even just spreading the existing weapons out a bit more), couple of skills and some additional traits. That’d do me.

Their wings would clip with every backpiece and for that reason I’m going to guess they are low on the list of possibilities.
Largos hail from the Unending Ocean and the deep seas. We’ve only seen a handful of them currently, and they are very secretive and isolated.
Since it looks like we’re going deeper into the Maguma to fight Mordramoth now, we’re going in the opposite direction of where you’d expect to find Largos. Thematically, introducing Largos as a playable race at this point would be odd. If they ever introduced them as a playable race, putting them in the expansion where we go under the sea to fight Bubbles/Stevie would fit right in. It would also be an easy story transition to have the Largos personal story follow a different path which leads right into the current fight with the deep sea dragon (giving Largos players a lore-appropriate way to jump past all the “forming the Pact” story of the other races, and straight in to the current content).
Those wings having major clipping issues with back pieces and even some chest and shoulder armors would also be a problem. But they could have player Largos characters keep their wings folded back when a back piece is visible.
Largos would be an odd addition now, but at some point I think they’d actually fit in very well.
Its hard to come up with a new class and I know it would be very hard for Largos to be introduced.
I just thought that since they are already known by people it would be easy to add in a story and I’m sure the wings could be used only as a skill or its F1 F2 F3 F4 skills, there are a lot possibilities for Classes and Races so Largos should be up there I mean they are already in the game too. Make it like a Human Model or Elf type with all new weapon skills so much awesome stuff could be done and they are already a race.
Then give them a special Wings ability or something like Necromancer Death Shroud, or something like in Bayonetta 2 her Hair Creature with an Invisibility thing like how they do it, its like a mix between Mesmer and Thief and those are very loved classes by GW2 players we all love them it just sounds amazing, and you gotta admit they are awesome.
I think a lot of players would love new weapon skills too it would be perfect for people to want more classes and more individuality. I wish I could use dual swords on thief, along with dagger/sword or pistol/sword those could be some awesome skills. A dagger on a warrior dagger/sword and d/d, and for one of my favorite Ranger D/D and Dagger/Sword, and also a new wep for Necromancer like Scepter/Axe, Axe/Axe would be nice. It was awesome in the original Guild Wars there was all new skills from each expansion, thanks for reading.

Largos is a race. A race can not be a class, otherwise other races would not be able to be that class, and Guild Wars 2 has been from the very start a game where you can play any class as any race.
OP confused me here. Class and race are different.
Also the problem with that race is the wings will clip with back models…
I think OP genuinely wants to make a “human largos” or a “sylvari largos” etc 0.0
I can imagine largos as playable, with some neat racial abilities along the lines of what OP suggested. But everyone else who’s trying to teach OP the difference between race and class might want to give up after this point.

I logged in to try to explain what OP was talking about, he explained it a bad way.
He is suggesting that they release the Largo race with a fixed class, you can’t change its class and no other race could be that class. It would be an assassin type thing with special racial abilities, and class abilities tied to it’s wings and backpacks most likely forced hidden to avoid clipping.
It would most likely be a cross between a thief, mesmer and warrior, sharing similar skills from each.
I disagree that they won’t release classes from Guild Wars 1 though, they could easily modify the old classes for use in this game.
I want to say that people should just stop suggesting things at random because they think it’s cool. It really makes no sense at all and it just looks stupid.

I’d say that the day people stop sharing what they think is a “cool” idea will be the start of the fall of our game.
I like when people are excited enough about the game to theorise and share their thoughts regardless of how plausible it is as it shows that despite all of the failings we’ve had, and the lack of an expansion so far, that people are still genuinely happy with the game.
As much as a race with a static class is an idea that doesn’t, so far, fit in with Guild Wars 2s playstyle, it was a fairly nice idea to make the race unique and possibly fix clipping issues.
This topic, the OP’s rationale and ideas are absolutely horrible.
You do realize that what you’re postulating makes no sense whatsoever.
What I gather from the thread is the OP likes largos and would like to play them. Other than that it’s all senseless mumbling.
