Is it me that never sees a point to the black lion items that allow you access to your bank, a merchant, or the trading post? Most zones have at least a merchant and often one of the other two. Plus you can usually pop into the mists and get all three done there.

Gem store armor sets never got a discount. Not even one of them.
The wiki says that last year the zodiac sets were among the discounted items.
