from what we know it seems the gwynthe of madness or w/e shoulder piece is the final item. cuz u know nightfury is a shoulder piece

It is indeed probbaly Gyve of madness. Nobody knows where to get it yet. Maybe you need to make it with another recipe.. Who knows..

that makes the least sense of anything anyone has said so far. why would it require an ascended weapon that only one classes specialization can get? lmao

I doubt its gyve because that is footwear not shoulder i didnt see a gyve in shoulder maybe i overlooked it.
Edit: Oh my goodness gyve is shoulder for light and medium but foot for heavy …. what is this
