Upon reading the release notes for the latest update; My impression is that ANET has targeted Mesmer and Thief and overtly promoted ranger again.

I really don’t understand hammering already under dog classes.

yeah rangers do need some buffs as they dont bring as much to the table as other classes.

All this topic does is remind me of the one in the Guardian sub-forum where everyone is going “Oh God, they’re getting rid of our stuff!” and then apologizing now that it has been found out that the teleport changes weren’t actually a nerf, and were instead just a simple change to prevent skill waste.

While back when the ranger class got the buffs it badly needed and was able to hold its own finally. Many people cried ranger got OP instead getting used to the changes or adjusting their builds or play style some. So the ranger class was quickly nerfed back down where it is now. My 2 cents
