Guild Wars 2

Question for Ascended items from the laurel merchant. There are 2 pages and there seems to be something odd with them.

The first page has items such as the Call of the Wild: 94 Power, 67 Precision, 5% Crit Damage, 32 Power, 4% Crit Damage, 18 Precision with an unused defensive infusion slot, all for 30 laurels.

But then you have the 2nd page, and you get an item like the Crystaline Band: 71 Power, 50 Precision, 4% Crit Damage, 32 Power, 4% Crit Damage, 18 Precision, and 1 unused defensive infusion slot, but this one is for 35 laurels.

What am I missing? because it looks like you get less stats for a higher cost.

The First page are Neck slot items the second is for ring slots, if by page you mean the bag icon on the left of the vendor window.
