1) search engine: have a way to search a specific character or player id ( so we can search ourselves and others)

2)filters: the means to filter by profession and other “stuff” (so we can see how we stand compared to other of the same “category”)

Here’s a leaderboard idea : release those fractal leaderboards that we’ve all had our fotm progress reset for >=(

I wonder if the leaderboards were done by the same, now defunct, forum contractor and that is why there have been no upgrades to it including the lack of the fractal leaderboard.

If you just want to search for someone, you can add them to your friends in-game, then login to the leaderboards to see them.

If fractals were truly infinite, it might have stood a chance. Since they’re not however, the top spot would have probably been tied between hundreds of people, making it rather pointless.

HoT’s adventures will feature leaderboards, which I’d assume they’d put on the site.

I was only commenting on the fact they never added it when they said they would. Like I said, I wonder if it had anything to do with lost ties between Anet and the contractor responsible for the forum as well. In other words, I wonder if the same contractor created the leaderboard page. It was just a thought. I couldn’t care less about leaderboards myself.
