Guild Wars 2

I was wondering what the least played classes are now in PVE

They used to be engineer and necro’s, but i see necro’s quite literally everywhere, and engineers seems fairly popular.

I think revenant might be least played since you have to buy HOT to access it? Thoughts? Heres mine based on what i see from most played to least.

1. rangers
(elementalists) I forgot this in my original post and was pointed out lol
2. necro’s
3. thief
4. warrior
5. engi
6. guardian
7. mesmer
8. revanent

I play mesmer, there used to be a lot of them a few months ago. Now I’m always the only one in the party… Dunno why but they kinda went extinct.

Mesmer’s have a much more difficult time in the HOTLands. I have a mesmer, it used to be my main. Not so much, now. In HOT, I now prefer the necromancer and the ranger, mostly necromancer. My guardian might do well there, also, but it is still in the LS2 story line.

Clearly the least played is apparently the one you left off of your list.

Which just happens to be my main and most played character.

Only ANet has those numbers and since the games started over 10 years ago they have not said and I doubt they will now.

I can believe it. I doubt that I will ever take my elementalist to HOT. Way too fragile. Probably not my thief either.

Ele’s are ETREMELY popular as far as i see. Second only to rangers
