Biased on how you feel (or biased on real numbers that I just happened to miss), what profession do you feel people main / roll least?

Easily ranger. Why play a profession that gets kicked out fractals and dungeon groups just for being a ranger?

I see tons of rangers. The vast majority of players don’t care about that and just play what is fun.

Engineers to my knowledge, have always been the least played profession.

I only do open world pve, I do not see many necromancers. And I also don’t seem to see engineers often

Well, I see tons of warriors, guardians, rangers and necromancers around, so it’s not them. Elementalists? There are less of them, but they are there. Definitely there. Same goes for mesmer.

That leaves thieves, engineers as the least popular professions I see around.

I could see engineers being the least played. Some of their kits can be more difficult to use than regular weapon sets, like bombs and grenades.

This basicly, only with guardians put into the tier 1, since everyone and their mother plays guardian in WvW.

I find these responses hilarious. Based on what I hear and know, I would guess it’s engi, but I suppose we don’t really know without doing a count? I don’t see many thieves, either, but I also only PvE, ftmp. Ele is my main.

Maybe you should poll what people’s mains are, and then the results will tell you which is least popular?

i have seen an increase in guardians lately….i jsut rarely notice cause i’m the one running ahead xD

Probably engi. Or ranger. I see plenty of every other profession.

The reason you don’t see many thieves is… They don’t let you see them .

(More seriously, Engineer is by far your best shot at special snowflake-hood.)
