Today I fought a few of these, the series of vines that come out of ground and hit you, there’s something changed with these. You can dodge and be ahead of next one, but it still hits you. Has the hit radius of this increased? I used to be able to dodge these and then ahead of if without getting hit. Don’t do that anymore. Still hits you regardless how ahead from those vines you are.

Today’s patch notes say the vines should have a touch less evasion and pop up right under the player when burrowing. If the range is actually increased, that may be a bug. Anyone else tested this out?

That’s talking about the vine enemies (Mordrem Tendril Root) not the vines used by the Mordrem Leeching Thrashers. Completely different thing.

I’ve never been able to avoid the vine attack from Thrashers just by running. Would be way too easy to fight them if you could. Its already easy enough to fight them just by getting into melee range when they start using that attack, but if you could just run and dodge them they’d be completely useless. MAYBE you could do it if you were out of combat and they fixed that to make them more threatening to players running past or something, I dunno.
