I found out recently that to complete this collection a character that hasn’t completed a certain renown heart is required. The problem lies in the fact that I have 9 characters and with all of them I have done Map Completion, are fully equipped and Elite fully trained, and I find the idea that to complete this collection I would need to either delete one of them or buy a new character slot quite ridiculous. Can an alternative way of completing this collection be implemented which doesn’t require the renown heart to be unfinished?

Have you tried with a character that has completed the Renown Heart? The wiki Talk page indicates both: yes, it can be acquired with 100% character, and no, it can’t.

Worth a try, if you haven’t.

The wiki specifies that a character that has not done the renown heart is required. Anyways I did go there and looked around the sunken ship and spoken to the heart NPC and there is nothing to be found.

Do be aware that the Wiki is updated by players, just like you and me. One player posted that it was possible, another posted it was not. Looks like the player that posted it was not also made the Wiki entry.

He/she also posted that the chest was there, but already opened, so maybe it’s bugged in your instance, it’s moved, you didn’t find it, it’s as you suspect….who knows for sure?

Perhaps, others will post with their findings; I’ve not seen any other posts in the Bugs sub-forum about this issue.

Ah, i remember that one. Couldn’t find it on my 100% completion main for ages. Read about the renown heart thing, switched to an alt that didn’t have it completed, and got the item in 30s…
