I know when you use it it becomes account bound, but one would think that buying the deluxe edition would mean per character you get a set of the legacy armor.

so on my second character I only get the golem?

It’s also unlocked in your wardrobe where you can apply it to any of your characters that can wear that armor weight.

That’s always how it’s worked. Once you make your first character on your account, you get the legacy box, and it only appears once. That’s always how it’s been.

It’s once per account not character. But on the bright side, you get the gear once and it’s in your wardrobe. Those of us who bought deluxe at start didn’t get that and we had to pay gems for the same armor you got for buying the deluxe later. Nice huh….
