Hello all! I recently returned and have been training up the legendary crafting in the mastery and just finished the first collection achievement which gave me the experiment schematic. I wanted the Bitfrost for my Mesmer, but this character already has two professions trained to max.

My question is, can I craft this part on a different character and pick it up from the bank on my mesmer and will it count toward the collection/achievement if I craft it on a different character? Is it account bound? Or do I need to drop a profession on this toon and level up another or purchase a additional profession slot?

Achievements and collections are account wide. As far as I know, all crafting items and precursors are account bound perhaps with the exception of equipping the precursors. That’s easily checked by reading the hover-over tooltip though.

You can build a legendary on all separate characters. There’s no need to try to fit additional crafting disciplines into just one character.
