So, I did the first step, opened the reward and found a Box of Recipes… double click and boom, all recipes soulbound to that character.
Now i have to do 450 weaponsmith while I have it to 500 on another character.

The achievement is not repetitive, so it’s like one shot one kill… gg.

Or go back to the npc and buy the chest again for karma.
