Yes, I realize this is GW1 content and may not have much of anything to do with GW2, but this is the only place I could think of where people might give a kitten . Might, being the operative word.

Anyway, after a year and a few months of casually plugging away at it, I finally got it.

I think there’s a HoM statue for this, yeah? Either way, next is getting Legendary Cartographer and max Lightbringer title.

Then again this is also the place where people remember it used to be much harder. Now it’s “easy” to get because of zaishen quests

I don’t think I would have even bothered if I had to death level it. That’s not hard, that’s flat out ridiculous. Doing it with just the Vanguard quests was challenging enough.

got to lvl 19 death lvln, but was happy to see the quest. I have to agree, death leveling was not hard at all once you learn the pulls. Pulling a group leaving pc on overnight, hoping you don’t dc. which i did many times. Is not by any stretch of the imagination hard. imo, harder no, much much much longer certainly.

Now I don’t want to be a hypocrite here, I did not like it when they changed drunk. And not make people spend the same amount of time. Guess one could say it would seem I have a double standard. lol,
GZ to op, good to see people still playing and working of the titles in GW.

Gratz OP! Thanks for sharing. Quite a few of the original titles are still way more impressive, IMO, than even GW2 legendaries. I enjoy seeing people still play and progress in the original, good luck on the rest of your ventures.

The funny thing is people used to do it the old, slow, way when there wasn’t even a title. You got absolutely nothing to show for all those hours but a level 20 character in a starter area and the knowledge that you’d done it.

And now people complain that it’s not worth making a legendary weapon because you don’t get enough achievement points for it…

I always thought death leveling was kind of a weird way to achieve that title. Amazing you did it that way, I just wouldn’t have had the patience.

Thanks! Yeah I’m a 3 year player. Not as much most, but I still find things to do in the original now and again. I’m working on a Legendary in GW2 as well. Going to attempt to make the ‘Flameseeker Prophecies.’ Love the name and it’ll be a great shield for my Guardian.

I didn’t know there was a point where there wasn’t a title. Wow. See, for me part of playing any MMO is the sense of accomplishment. I think with GW2 Legendaries people complain about it not feeling like a legendary-worthy task. Its a griiiiiind. Still doing mine though.
