I just wanted to ask about legendary weapon skins.
If I created a legendary weapon, would I be able to Unlock its Skin and would still be able to be posted at Trading Post?

Only way to do this is if you make sunrise and twilight combine them and sell eternity. than you can get sunrise and twilight skins, but not eternity.
There is one special exception with Twilight and Sunrise. You have to make/buy both, throw them into the forge to create Eternity, which you can then sell. You’re losing gold that way, but you get to keep the skins which is a fair trade-off.
