Guild Wars 2

Does anyone know if these stats on ledgendaries will eventually change? For Example to a Power/Precision/Crit spec or a different spec? If they eventually do will people with a legendary be able to change them to their specified needs (1 time change)? The stats on these weapons are aimed toward toughness builds….

I remember them saying that when you transmute them it’s supposed to stay legendary it’s just at the moment that is bugged and turns them exotic….. I say just give it some time.

When did they say this?
